To LEARN, Right?
We hope to learn things like how to write good copy.for our ads, ezine articles, press releases, heck, some of us HAVE to learn how to FORCE myself, opppss, make that OURSELVES (I hate to think I'm the only one!) to make videos. And then we need to learn how to write blogs, use Twitter and Facebook, MySpace to get known, hopefully liked, then trusted enough that people will actually buy something from us, or join our team, whatever it is we're doing to make a living...
I need to let you know, right here, right now, I'm NO GURU!
I've "only" been dong this for about a year BUT, if you get burned, scammed, taken advantage of, and generally treated like s^*t, looking for something.you can do to make a living, like I WAS, you do what?
YOU LEARN, Damn it!It's painful, humiliating, bankrupting, sheer torture, but "what don't kill ya' will make ya' stronger" Right?
I finally got lucky though.... I found a group of Internet Marketers, founded by none other than one of my mentors, that taught me how to do all of the above (except for the videos, still haven't got that one under control) and separate the Hype and B.S. from the REAL ways to make money from home.
I have learned how to determine if any of the 150 plus emails I get every day, yep, even Sunday, have any TRUTH to them. Sadly, 99% fall into these categories.

Do you REALLY believe you're going to make $500.00, $750.00, $1,000.00 or $5,000.00 in the FIRST WEEK you get involved with ANY business, Internet or Brick and Mortar?

You see, I don't believe it, NOW. I kinda, sorta thought, well maybe it's possible...once upon a time, in a land far away....
Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, I can absolutely GUARANTEE you, after losing over $10.000.00 on my "research" ....you CAN NOT!
AND, I can tell you the all the reasons why, but for the sake of not making you read long into the night, I'll put it in eighteen words; You Have To Offer Something of Value, That people Want, Need Or Use, or they won't buy it!
Ask yourself this question. Have I EVER bought ANYTHING I didn't WANT, (not need), NEED, (not want) or use?, whether it's a new "toy", a stove, refrigerator, microwave, Big Flat Screen HDTV, telephone, computer, cell phone, Home Security System. The list goes on......
I'll bet you that the MAJORITY answer is "well, no" Ha, gotcha didn't I? Hmm, I just thought of one reason you have purchased something for a reason not on my list. Anybody? It's pretty simple really....It's because....
Someone else you know and like / love, or are related to, Wanted, Needed or Will Use It!
So...Here we are....
We know that "there's a lot of bad things out there" (Cat Stevens, 80's?).
We know people buy because they _ _ _ _ , _ _ _ _, or _ _ _ them, Right?
OK, I'll admit, LOTS of people, especially in the world we live in right NOW, Want, Need and Absolutely Could And Would Use, MONEY.
That's why the "bad things out here" are making a KILLING on the Internet! People are Desperate to find a way to support their families, keep their homes, save their marriages and keep their Self Respect.
Personally, I don't want to take even more money away from them, just so I can buy another New House, another Corvette, take another month-long vacation in Europe....
I Thank God He didn't make me like that!
I believe in getting paid honest wages for the honest work I do. I also believe in Paying Forward my Blessings to those less fortunate than myself.
I'm sixty-one years old, haven't really done anything notable, contributed anything of importance to Our World, and I'm sure I won't be remembered by anyone, other than my family and close friends.
I'm not complaining, just being honest with you and myself.
So, my little goal for the remaining years of my life is simple....
I want to make as much money as I can! BUT, I only am going to keep what I need for my wife and myself and give the rest away....
I know, you're thinking, "man, what a load of _ _ _ _ that is".
I can't blame you, I'd probably think or feel the same if I were on your side of these words.
Be that as it may...
The way I intend to accomplish my little goal is to offer this information to AS MANY people as I can, any way I can.
I'm confident I will reach my goal for a few very good reasons.

If that's what you choose...just a bit of advice. 1) Put your wallet in your inside breast pocket, on a chain, zipped closed, again with a chain. 2) Buy some hip waders, you're gonna need 'em to get through the B.S. 3) Be prepared to work 12 - 18 hours a day, seven days a week, for as long as you still have money to feed "the machine" or you simply, finally realize what I did...."I GOT SCAMMED"
Then go out and try to find a 9 -5 JOB (good luck with that), try to keep your family, marriage, life and self respect together.
